All our items are shipped from New York City.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Shipping

We use FedEx for Stuffed pouf and USPS for all other items.

Once your order is shipped out, we will update your order with the tracking info.

 

 

Returns.


You may return an item within 7 days from the date you receive the shipments in its original condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable. 
Although we offer free shipping on all our product, if an item is returned , we are unable to refund for what we paid for shipping
